3. Booking and Payment

Booking: You can book our services by contacting us directly using the Contact Form. An agreement will be made between us prior to any work being undertaken.
Payment: A 50% non refundable payment must be made prior to the commencement of the service. 50% payment must be made within 28 days of the invoice. We accept payment via bank transfer with our invoice details.

4. Cancellation Policy

Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation 7 days in advance may merit a refund of the 50% fee.
Refunds: Refunds may be issued for cancellations made within the specified time frame. No refunds will be provided for late cancellations.

5. Liability

Service Quality: We strive to provide high-quality services but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
